To view your transaction history, pay bills, or get other information about your account, go to https://www.360payments.com/online-reporting/ and click on the green button that corresponds with the first three numbers of your Merchant ID (MID).
You can find this number on your monthly bill, on your machine, or by calling us at 408-295-8360.
If you're using TransFirst through 360 Payments, this video will show you how to register for the TransLink online reporting portal, and this video will give you a tour.
If you're using First American Payment Systems or Clearent through 360 Payments, your online reporting account was automatically set up when your account was approved. It is associated with whatever primary email address you gave us during the onboarding process. You can use the "forgot password" feature once you've clicked on the correct green button to reset it if you've forgotten.
