My terminal isn't working! How else can I take payments?

Virtual terminals allow you to take payments from any web browser. First give us a call at 408-295-8360 so we can get someone working on your terminal issue right away, then go to https://www.360payments.com/virtual-terminal/ and click the green button that corresponds to the first three numbers of your Merchant ID (MID).
