You will normally see your funds from a day's transactions between one and three business days after the transaction is batched. The exact day will depend on your backend provider and the time of the transaction relative to your daily batch cutoff time. If it is very important to you to receive your funds the day after they batch, please contact your sales representative and ask about Next Day Funding. Note that Discover and American Express cards can sometimes take up to five business days to process.
You can always view your transactions by visiting https://www.360payments.com/online-reporting/, clicking on the green button that corresponds to your merchant ID (MID), and logging in with your account credentials.
Please be aware that funds will not be deposited into your account on weekends or bank holidays. For instance, if you settle a batch for $500 on Friday and $500 on Saturday, all $1000 will be deposited into your account early the following week.
