No worries! Passwords are tricky. Simply go to https://www.360payments.com/online-reporting/ for online reporting or https://www.360payments.com/virtual-terminal/ for virtual terminals and click on the green button that corresponds with the first three numbers of your Merchant ID (MID). You can find this number on your monthly bill, on your machine, or by calling us at 408-295-8360. This will take you to the login screen, where you can click the "Forgot Password" or "Reset Password" link and follow the instructions.
Keep in mind that it can take up to an hour for a password reset to take effect!
