How can I change the automatic settlement time on my First Data FD 130?

The auto-batch feature on the FD 130 automatically batches once every 24 hours. You can set the close time to suit the needs of your business. Follow these steps:

1. Press Clear (the red button) a few times to ensure you're on the main home screen

2. Press Credit/Debit

3. Press More twice

4. Press Setup Params

5. Press View Params

6. Enter this password, then press the green Enter button: 990712

7. Press Host

8. Press Credit

9. Press Previous

10. Press the yellow Delete button to clear the current setting

11. Type in the correct time using 24-hour clock (military time). For example, to close your batch at 5pm, type in 1700.

12. Press Save

13. Press the red Clear button three times to return to the home screen
