How do I void a transaction on my PAX S80 or S90?

1. Press ‘Func’
2. Press ‘7’
3. Press ‘Enter’ for ‘Credit’
4. Enter the Transaction # of the transaction to be voided
• This can be found on the top right of the receipt.
• The terminal will pull up the last four digits of the card and the amount of the transaction
• Press ‘Enter’ once the correct transaction is displayed
5. The terminal will ask you to confirm the void. Press ‘Enter’ to do so
6. Tear this slip off and have customer sign the slip if they are present.

Please Note: You cannot void a transaction that has had a tip added to it. You must first go to the tip menu and adjust said transaction back to 0 before voiding.
