How do I set up my ProcessNow mobile swiper?

1. Download the ProcessNow mobile app from the App Store or the Google Play Store
2. Open and select ‘create account’
3. Fill out your business information and select ‘create’
4. Enter in your merchant ID, Gateway ID, and reg key (emailed from Transaction Express)
   1. If you do not have the email, please call TransFirst at 877-312-1663 and they can put in this info if you give them the email address used to set up the account
5. After the gateway and reg key info is plugged in, you should be able to run transactions

NOTE: There are two types of swipers so you will need to select the correct model in SETTINGS on the app!

1. Rambler – says ProcessNow on the swiper itself
2. Shuttle – will have no words and is all black (may have a white label identifying the inventory #)
