How do I make a sale, void a transaction, or issue a refund on my Dejavoo Z6 or Z11?

Sale:

1. IF RUNNING A DEBIT SALE: Press Credit and then press Debit

2. Input the sale amount and press OK

3. Swipe or dip the card or manually enter the card number

4. DEBIT ONLY: Press Yes when prompted

5. DEBIT ONLY: Have customer enter PIN on PIN pad when prompted

6. Press OK to confirm the transaction

Refund:

1. Press Sale

2. Press RETURN for Credit/Return Enter Amount

3. Enter refund amount

4. Press OK

5. If prompted, enter the password: 1234

6. Insert or swipe the card

7. Press Yes

8. The receipts will print

Void:

1. Press Sale

2. Press Void for Credit/Void Enter Amount

3. Enter void amount

4. Press OK

5. If prompted, enter the password: 1234

6. Insert or swipe card

7. Press Yes

8. The receipts will print
