Around the time that you receive your new Dejavoo terminal you should also receive a welcome email from Dejavoo.
The email will look something like this and will include your login information:
Dear [MERCHANT NAME],
You have been invited to register for an account on Dejavoo self-service Merchant Portal. On Merchant Portal you can review and update your terminal configuration, maintain your shipping and billing contact information, monitor your transactions after each settlement twenty-four hours a day, store digital copies of transaction receipts and email them to your customers, if needed.
