How can I delete a batch on my Verifone VX 520?

**IMPORTANT: DO NOT DELETE A BATCH WITHOUT CONFIRMING THAT IT WENT THROUGH! IF YOU HAVE ANY DOUBTS, CALL US AT 408-295-8360**

1. From the main sale screen, press Enter

2. Press F2 for Setup

3. Enter the password. If you are using the default password, it is 1, alpha, alpha, 6, 6, 8, 3, 1.

5. Press the purple MORE button to scroll down until you see "Clear Batch"

6. Some terminals will ask if you want to delete one or all - select "All"

7. Confirm deleting the batch
