How do I customize the receipt header and footer on my Ingenico ICT 220?

Header Lines 1 & 2:

1. From the main welcome screen, press #

2. Press 3 for Setup

3. Press 1 for Merchant

4. Press 2 for Edit Merchant

5. Press 5 for Headers

6. Press 1 to edit header line 1 - this is your DBA name by default

7. Press 2 to edit header line 2 - this is empty by default

Header Lines 3-7:

1. From main welcome screen, press #

2. Press 3 for Setup

3. Press 3 for Receipts

4. Press 1 for Headers

5. Press 1 to edit header line 3 - this is your street address by default

6. Press 2 to edit header line 4 - this is your city, state, and zip code by default

7. Press 3 to edit header line 5 - this is your phone number by default

8. Press 4 to edit header line 6 - this is empty by default

9. Press 5 to edit header line 7 - this is empty by default

Footers:

1. From the main welcome screen, press #

2. Press 3 for Setup

3. Press 3 for Receipts

4. Press 2 for Footers

5. Press 1 to edit footer line 1 - this is "Thank You" by default

6. Press 2 to edit footer line 2 - this is empty by default

7. Press 3 to edit footer line 3 - this is empty by default

8. Press 4 to edit footer line 4 - this is empty by default

9. Press 5 to edit footer line 5 - this is empty by default

10. Press 6 to edit footer line 6 - this is empty by default

11. Press 7 to edit footer line 7 - this is empty by default
