1. Open the Card Transactions app
2. Use the search fields to locate the transaction(s) you want to view
- State
- Success: Indicates that there was an issue authorizing that card (for example, either the PIN was incorrect if it was a PIN debit transaction, the charge was declined because it was over the limit or had insufficient funds, etc.)
- Fail: Indicates that the card transaction was authorized
- All States: Displays transactions with both statuses above
- Closeout
- Closed/Not Closed: Displays transactions with both statuses below
- Closed: Indicates yes if the transaction was closed
- Not Closed: Indicates no if the transaction has not been closed yet
- Connectivity
- Online/Offline: Displays transactions with both statuses below
- Online: Indicates that the transaction was taken when the device was online
- Offline: Indicates that the transaction was taken when the device was offline. (The device automatically sends card verification information once it is back online again. The offline status will still display even if the card is successfully authorized at a later time.)
- Time (based on the date/time when the transaction was taken)
- Last Day
- Last 7 Days
- Last 30 Days
- All Time
