1. Be sure that the terminal is on the "Idle" prompt
2. Initiate the transaction through the POS software
3. Type in the transaction amount
4. Swipe the customer's card
5. Enter the voice authorization code
6. When the "Transaction Approved" message appears, press Enter to print the customer receipt or press Cancel if no customer receipt is desired
