Credit Refund:
1. Be sure the terminal is on the "Idle" prompt
2. Initiate the refund from the POS software
3. Swipe the customer's card when prompted
4. When the "Transaction Approved" message appears, press Enter to print the customer receipt or press Cancel if no customer receipt is desired
Debit Refund:
1. Be sure the terminal is on the "Idle" prompt
2. Initiate the refund from the POS software
3. Swipe the customer's card when prompted
4. The device will prompt the customer to enter their PIN
5. When the "Transaction Approved" message appears, press Enter to print the customer receipt or press Cancel if no customer receipt is desired
Void:
1. Be sure the terminal is on the "Idle" prompt
2. Initiate the void from the POS software
3. Enter the transaction number that you wish to void
4. When the "Transaction Approved" message appears, press Enter to print the customer receipt or press Cancel if no customer receipt is desired
