Great question! Take a look at the paperwork you signed when you signed up with us - it should tell you whether you're renting your equipment from us or whether you purchased it. If that doesn't clear it up, send us an email at hello@360payments.com and we'll tell you.
By the way, 360 Payments never leases terminals. We believe that's an unfair business practice that isn't in the best interest of our customers, so we just don't do it.
