My terminal is showing a "TCPIP Error" or I'm getting an "offline" message. What's going on?

Usually this type of error is caused by an internet connectivity issue. Unplug both your terminal and the router, wait at least 30 seconds, and plug both back in. If this does not resolve the issue, please call us at 408-295-8360.
